Ahmed Al-Saeed

Ahmed Al-Saeed is an associate with ASAR and and works primarily in the corporate and commercial practice area in addition to representing litigation clients in the Bahrain courts.

Ahmed has advised numerous clients on employment matters such as reviewing and drafting different types of employment contracts, as well as internal work regulations. He was involved in numerous transactions involving cross-border acquisitions as well as drafting local financial mortgages and pledges in connection with leveraged participation in Bahrain entities. He works closely on foreign direct investment company formations, including subsidiaries and joint ventures, and advising on corporate governance, economic substance and AML/KYC reporting obligations linked to various industry sectors.

Ahmed holds an LLB from Kingdom University (Bahrain). He is a member of the Bar Council of Bahrain and a licensed attorney in the Bahrain courts.
