Alexandra Montealegre

Alexandra has more than 10 years of experience in M&A and corporate law. She represents private equity funds and international clients in acquiring domestic companies, and advises Colombian companies in the sale process of their assets and participation interest. 

She graduated from Universidad de los Andes as a lawyer and philosopher, and coursed a master in laws in Columbia University, New York. 

Her experience includes drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, corporate documents and analysis of transactional structures. Advise in all phases of mergers, acquisitions and sale processes of local and international clients, including in the supervision of multijurisdictional due diligences.
