James is a partner in the banking and capital markets department of Lee and Li, with principal practice areas in banking, capital markets, and M&A. He has represented clients in various high-profile M&A transactions. James also advises local and international banks, securities firms, insurance companies, financial holding companies, and other financial institutions in areas such as syndicated loans, acquisition finance, and project finance.
Eddie's practice focuses on M&A, cross-border investments, and capital markets. He has exposure to a wide range of clients from different industries, including media, telecommunications, healthcare, and high-tech. Eddie is also very active in assisting foreign green energy funds to build up project investments in Taiwan.
He also specialises in Chinese investment projects in Taiwan. Recently, Eddie advised a Chinese e-commerce giant and other private or state-owned Chinese companies and private equity funds on their investment projects in Taiwan.
He is also active in the areas of telecom, media, and green energy, and has advised several of the world's largest operators and infrastructure funds in respect of their project investments in Taiwan.
