He is an experienced board adviser and has worked in the capacity as CFO for MNCs and startups, with close to three decades of executive and consulting experience from Global 500 and Big Four professional services firms. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2000 and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the US and Canada. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor since 2001. He has a B.Sc. and MBA from University of Toronto and a Master of Health Administration from University of Ottawa.
