Audry Li

Audry has more than 25 years of substantial experience in international legal services. She is known for representing multinational companies in various business sectors as their ‘trusted adviser’ on a wide range of complex matters, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, project restructuring, company reorganisation, compliance/regulatory advisory, and commercial dispute resolution.

Prior to starting her private practice, Audry worked for seven years at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and the Legal Department of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, where she participated in resolving over 200 international commercial arbitration cases. Her unique experience at CIETAC enables her to offer an insightful proactive and problem-solving approach in finding pragmatic and efficient solutions to clients’ matters.
