Benedikt is a partner in Homburger's capital markets and financial services teams. He is experienced in a broad range of transactions, notably in the areas of bonds, secured and unsecured lending, restructurings, covered bonds, and the structuring of platforms.

Benedikt has published various works on financial services regulation, bank contracts, crypto, securities, and corporate law. He holds degrees from the University of Berne and INSEAD Fontainebleau.
