Claire Blondel

Claire is involved in the treatment of companies in difficulty. She advises debtors, their managers, and shareholders in the context of amicable and collective proceedings, and assists them in the related litigation.

Claire also assists investment funds and potential buyers in distressed M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Jeantet and the team led by Laïd Estelle Laurent, Claire worked in the restructuring department of several Parisian law firms, in banking, and in an insolvency judicial administrators firm.
