Emerick Tan

Emerick Tan is an associate in the commercial disputes practice at RPC Premier Law (Singapore), specialising in shareholder and contractual disputes.

Emerick has acted for both local and international clients in civil and commercial disputes before all levels of the Singapore courts as well as arbitration proceedings administered under the SIAC rules.

Emerick also has experience in regulatory work ranging from routine to complex matters and has represented corporations and individuals in both contentious and non-contentious settings.
