Gye-Jeong Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang specialising in fintech and IT compliance, financial regulation and compliance, and privacy and data security.
Throughout her career, Gye-Jeong’s practice has primarily focused on matters where law intersects with technology. She has been actively involved in advising on some of the most cutting-edge and cross-border legal issues in the areas of fintech, privacy and data security.
Gye-Jeong has co-authored various publications, including ‘The Korean Premium: Cryptocurrency – Arbitrage Phenomenon in Korea’ (NYSBA International Law Practicum). She joined a Visiting Scholar programme at the Harvard Law School in 2019–20.
