Illya Tkachuk

Illya is a senior partner leading the corporate and M&A practice at INTEGRITES. He is a seasoned practitioner with a focus on structuring and implementing foreign investment projects and M&A transactions in a range of industries – from energy, mineral resources, and heavy industries to agriculture, and IT and communications. Illya is particularly experienced in startups, setting up joint ventures, corporate restructuring, securities, and contract-related issues.

He leads the French desk of the firm, a team of dedicated lawyers with high French language proficiency who advise clients from the francophone countries.

Illya serves as a board member of the Committee on Corporate Law and Stock Markets at the Ukrainian Bar Association and is regularly involved in shaping Ukrainian corporate and commercial legislation.
