Inna Kostrytska

Inna is counsel in the corporate and M&A and employment practices of Integrites. She is an attorney at law with more than 18 years of experience.

Inna specialises in domestic and international corporate law, M&A, and matters related to securities. She has specific expertise in cross-border M&A deals, corporate restructuring, the issuance of securities, and disclosure of information on the stock market. Her considerable experience encompasses labour, IT, and energy law.

Inna serves as co-head of the Human Capital Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. She leads Integrites HR Club, the firm’s discussion platform for corporate in-house human resource management officers.
