Jaime Trujillo Caicedo

Jaime is a partner at the M&A practice of Baker McKenzie’s Bogota office. He has advised clients on transactional matters, including M&A and private equity deals, in both public and private acquisitions and divestitures for over 25 years. 

He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá and obtained a LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science. 

Jaime has been involved in transactions involving pipelines, power plants, transportation systems and telecommunications networks, and the privatisation of infrastructure in Colombia, Peru and Central America, among others.
