Jun Ki Park

‘JK’ focuses on financial regulation and compliance, corporate investigations and white-collar defence, and anti-corruption and corporate compliance practices.

He has represented a number of global financial institutions and fund clients in connection with regulatory enforcement actions and criminal investigations by Korean authorities regarding short sale rule violations. JK frequently advises Korean and multinational clients and their executives on corporate investigations and white-collar criminal defence.

He received his BA from Harvard College in 1995, and his LLM from Columbia Law School in 2013. JK is admitted to the Korean bar.
