Nadia Abdallah is a senior associate in Matouk Bassiouny’s finance & projects group. Nadia has worked on several due diligences, specifically in the energy and power sectors, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
In addition to project finance and banking. Nadia has worked on multiple matters in connection with company law relating to the establishment of corporate entities, giving advice on daily matters, organizing and drafting the minutes of meetings and drafting contracts reflecting the needs of the client.
