Ning Zhu

Ning Zhu, the managing partner of Chance Bridge Law Firm, began legal practice in 1996. Ms. Zhu holds a master’s degree in international commercial law from University of Glasgow and received her PH.D in securities law from Renmin University of China.

Ms. Zhu's practice areas focus on capital markets, finance and cross-border M&A. She has extensive experience in the areas of corporate listing, M&A and restructuring, private equity and venture capital, Chinese outbound investment and M&A and arbitration.
