Ozofu ‘Latunde Ogiemudia
Ozofu ‘Latunde Ogiemudia is a partner in Udo Udoma & Belo- Osagie’s corporate advisory, private equity and M&A teams. She co-heads the firm’s pro bono practice, which was one of the recipients of the 2018 TrustLaw Collaboration Award as well as the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation Award for Africa in 2020.
Ozofu is the secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association-Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) and the Thematic Lead of the National Assembly Business Environment Roundtable (NASSBER) Regulations working group. She chaired the technical advisory committee that advised the Nigerian Senate on the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020.
She was recognised by IFLR1000 Women Leaders (2018 – 2022) and as a ‘highly-regarded lawyer’ by The IFLR1000 in 2019 – 2021. Ozofu was also recognised by Legal 500 EMEA 2022 for her Corporate and M&A expertise and as a “National Leader” for M&A and Governance by Who’s Who Legal (Nigeria) (2019 - 2021).
