Puji Atma is a junior partner/director at Melli Darsa & Co. He has more than 14 years of experience in the legal field, and has a very good record in handling legal issues or major transactions with clients both domestically and abroad.

Puji is also experienced in representing and providing legal advice regarding corporate and debt restructuring, project financing and M&A transactions, including legal issues related to licensing, procedural, and other matters in supporting the transaction process.

In addition, Puji acts as a legal consultant for clients related to general and commercial corporations, specializing in private companies and state-owned enterprises. He has handled various types of transactions that require LDD and complex transaction documents, which involve legal issues.
