Sandra Lu is a partner at LLinks Law Offices with expertise in retail funds, private funds and asset management. She routinely handles these matters for Chinese banks, insurance companies, securities firms and trust companies. Lu has been active in the development of the global investment capability of Chinese FMCs and has been advising HK fund managers in their Mutual Recognition Fund (MRF) applications with the CSRC. In recent times, she has advised Broad Investment Management setup a new fund management company; assisted JPMorgan Funds (Asia) gain CSRC authorisation of its Northbound MRF; and advised Aberdeen Standard Asset Management (Shanghai) Company in its QDLP licence application.
