Sara Makovec

Sara is a senior associate who advises domestic and foreign clients primarily in the fields of commercial and corporate law, and electronic communication law. Her work includes advisory services within the framework of M&A procedures.

After completing her studies in Slovenia, Sara obtained an LL.M. degree at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, where she specialised in the field of corporate law, finance, and corporate governance.
