Sherif Saad Eldin

Sherif Saad Eldin is a senior associate with ASAR and has multijurisdictional experience of working in Egypt and Bahrain. Sherif joined the firm in June 2016; prior to joining ASAR he worked in Egypt for 10 years.

Noted for his skills in advising innovative solutions to the clients, Sherif has extensive work on complex deals and broad knowledge and experience across domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investments. He has an expertise on structuring joint venture arrangements, commercial and international trade practices, as well as his advisory work on corporate, insolvency and technology law.

Sherif holds an LLB from Alexandria University, Egypt in 2002. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2002 and hs practice languages are English, Arabic and French.
