With a background in reputable international law firms in Thailand, she has extensive experience in leading legal due diligence for M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts customary for these transactions.
She advises a wide range of multinational clients across sectors such as food and beverage, energy, consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing. Ms. Sakuliampaiboon also brings international work experience from Japan, Australia, and the Philippines to her role.
