Thomas Rohde

Thomas is a partner of Bär & Karrer in Zurich. He co-heads Bär & Karrer’s reorganisation and insolvency practice, focusing on corporate restructurings and reorganisations, as well as the representation of creditors in Swiss insolvency proceedings. Thomas also frequently advises clients on all types of M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate and commercial matters.
