Tosin Ajose

Tosin is a business lawyer with about two decades’ experience. She is well known for her commercial savviness, excellent analytical skill, vast transactional experience, and relentless desire to add value to her clients. Tosin is a partner and the lead adviser at DealHQ Partners. In 2019, she was named the Africa Woman in Real Estate by Africa Property Investment, South Africa, and is ranked as a leading lawyer in capital markets and financial restructuring by IFLR.

Tosin is a thought leader in the finance, real estate, construction, and capital markets space, and holds several speaking engagements annually within and outside the legal industry. She is a regular resource person and trainer at the Pan African University (Lagos Business School) and a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the Centre for Housing Studies, University of Lagos, where she teaches business economics under the master’s in housing programme.

Tosin is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, and sits on the board of three indigenous Nigerian companies and two not-for-profits.
