Victor Chang
Victor Chang is partner and head of the cross borders group at Taiwanese law firm LCS & Partners. He is a highly experienced transactional practitioner routinely engaged in M&A, private equity and fund formation mandates across the technology and healthcare industries. Recently Chang acted for the buyer Quaser Machine Tools in its $95 million acquisition of Winbro Group; advised Bora Pharmaceutical in its acquisition of GlaxoSmithKline’s Canadian facility in Mississauga; and advised internet platform, Sea, in its $1.35 billion offering of American depositary shares.
