Mr. Quan specialises in fintech, financial regulatory compliance, personal financial information protection, and financial ESG.

In the area of fintech, he advises fintech companies and financial institutions on designing financial products in relation to consumer finance, supply chain finance, and payment services; drafting legal documents; and applying for financial licences. Mr. Quan has participated in numerous equity and asset M&A deals and IPOs of fintech companies.

In the area of financial regulatory compliance, he advises financial institutions on general regulatory issues, the formulation of internal policies, and communications with regulatory authorities.

In the area of personal financial information protection, Mr. Quan advises fintech companies and financial institutions on compliance issues relating to personal financial information protection, the designing of financial products, the formulation of internal policies, and implementing personal information impact assessments.

In the area of financial ESG, he advises financial institutions on implementing their ESG compliance strategies and assists in incorporating ESG due diligence into their investment decision-making processes.
