William Qiu

Mr. Qiu focuses his practice in the areas of private equity and investment funds, cross-border investment/M&A, and Chinese mainland capital markets, and has rich experience in sectors such as telecommunications and internet, information and intelligence technology, healthcare, biotech, and media and entertainment.

He has advised many onshore/offshore funds on their renminbi and US dollar investments, assisted numerous start-ups in their equity financings through a red-chip structure or renminbi structure, and worked with many large state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and A-share listed companies on their onshore/offshore investments, M&A, restructurings, refinancings, employee share ownership plans, etc.
