Pei Yin is a senior associate at Eng and Co. She focuses on regulatory and advisory work, and has a particular interest in ESG-related advisory and structuring matters.
Pei Yin has co-authored articles with Rachel Eng in previous editions of IFLR's ESG reports, on “Tracking the growth of carbon credits in Singapore and beyond” (2021), “The impact of ESG on directors' duties” (2022), and “Fighting climate change in courts – implications for corporations” (2023).
She is a graduate of the University of Bristol. Prior to joining Eng and Co, Pei Yin practised commercial litigation and arbitration under a senior counsel.
