Yipu Li

Ms. Li mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, overseas listings and public offerings, and M&A. She has represented a number of People’s Republic of China-based companies in their IPOs on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the New York Stock Exchange, and the NASDAQ; advised various international and domestic funds on their complex equity investments, mergers, and acquisitions; and has helped many companies to complete their domestic and overseas financing transactions.

Ms. Li assists clients in designing transaction structures, drafting transaction documents, and negotiating and handling Chinese law-related issues arising in the transactions. Her practice covers a broad range of industries, including military-industry, fintech, human resources, the internet, consumer goods, and telecommunications.
