Zhang Jiping

Zhang Jiping is a seasoned practitioner and head of Haiwen & Partners’ M&A team. With prior experience working at US law firms, Zhang has become an expert in handling M&A, foreign direct investment, capital markets and project financing mandates. In recent times, he has been busy advising companies and banks in their investments and acquisitions across the insurance, healthcare and consumer goods industries. Li has also been preoccupied advising issuers and underwriters in their listings in Hong Kong and New York.
