Mr. Yu has nearly 20 years of experience in cross-border investment and M&A, private equity investments, and other corporate matters. Mr. Yu represents multinational companies, private equity funds, and Chinese public companies in transactions in China and other jurisdictions, with deal sizes ranging from tens of millions of US dollars to over $1 billion, and also represents private equity funds, marquee tech companies, and start-up companies in their equity and debt financing projects.
